The only one who beats Magellan is probably the second espada, Barragan.
Don't see the other espada beating him actually, maybe Szayel with prep or Stark with wolves.

Depends on if any of their attacks act like haki. If not then he is good against all but the time Espada (who was way overpowered and they had to think of some lame ay to kill him, like Kisame)

Megellen clears to Espada 10 - 5, but I don't recall any feats of survivability that suggest that he could stand up from this:
